Located conveniently above a metro station. Clean room with great soundproofing and efficient air conditioning. Rooftop bar is open on select evenings and offers great views. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend to others.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the hotel's central location near the main art galleries and vibrant bars and restaurants for evening fun. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, while the bathroom had a nice shower and bath.
Felt totally at home, with the staff always ready to help and accommodate our needs.

The cleaning service was excellent and the staff at reception was very courteous. The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of important landmarks and attractions in the city. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed in my room.

Our stay was convenient and comfortable with many attractions near our hotel. We found the location ideal as it was only a short walk to museums, and a subway station was located next door. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and a good value.
The noise level in our room was a bit high.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, being just outside the busy streets of Gran Via and very close to a metro station. We were also delighted to find that the hotel was very near the Plaza de Santa Ana area, vibrant and lively in the evenings. Another great advantage was its proximity to the Prado museum and gardens, making it convenient for us to explore this cultural gem.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect - we were able to walk to all the major attractions. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the sun terrace.
Highly recommend this venue for a comfortable and convenient stay.
